  Taekwondo ITF Dobok

  Also known as Dobok, the taekwondo uniform is the same as the one used for World Taekwondo Federation (WT) taekwondo, with the only difference being the embroidery on the chest, which is that of the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF).

  Taekwondo suits doboks have a closed jacket with a V-shaped collar. The pants are usually a bit wider to facilitate movement, with an elastic waistband and internal drawstring for a better fit.

  They are characterized by being comfortable and lightweight, so as not to hinder training or competition.

  The dobok comes with the ITF seal in blue with a yellow cuff and a white collar flap. In some models, the "approved" certification appears.

  The sizes available on our website Club de la Lucha range from 110 cm to 190 cm, so you can purchase sizes for children, youth, or adults.

  As a tip, we always recommend washing it in cold water after each training session to prevent shrinkage.

  It is possible to get ITF taekwondo doboks for 1st Dan.

  Taekwondo ITF Protections

  In this section, you will find the Taekwondo protective gear used for training and competition within the International Taekwondo Federation.

  Martial arts protective gear is very important to protect yourself and your partner/opponent.

  These protections differ from WT Taekwondo gear, so you must choose the correct ones.

  The most important ITF Taekwondo equipment includes:

  - ITF Taekwondo gloves: These are bulkier and open at the palm. Their high-quality padding absorbs the impact when striking, reducing the potential harm compared to hitting with bare hands. They are available in red and blue.

  - ITF Taekwondo foot protectors: These are very similar to the kickboxing boots commonly used in contact sports. Available in blue and red.

  It's very important that the Taekwondo gloves and foot protectors are the same color.

  - ITF Taekwondo helmet: More resistant than the WT Taekwondo helmet. The ITF Taekwondo helmet is also noteworthy.

  - ITF Taekwondo mouthguard: The mouthguard is very important and mandatory.
